Our dedicated, experienced and qualified team provides daily support, therapeutic care, direct work sessions and work tirelessly to provide the highest level of care possible to our young people.
We also work together with a team of therapists and councillors to enable us to form an understanding of the internal world of our young people using state of mind assessments.
These assessments then become the tool for planning, sourcing and providing the required therapy.
Our therapists and councillors provide a range of services including, assessments, psychotherapy, observational studies, play, music and drama therapy, psychodynamic counselling, meditation, humanistic counselling, equine animal therapy and liaison with CAMHS and other agencies.
Our therapists and Councillors are highly experienced, qualified and support our team with regular groups, supervisions and clinical services to provide their expertise and knowledge enabling reflective work to be conducted, ensure consistency, offer guidance and to make certain that individual plans and goals are being met.
We also consult with other specialist services to provide support as required.
All our staff are trained in PACE (Dr Daniel Hughes) and use this model as the basic for therapeutically parenting all young people who reside in any csfc home.
