Family Assessment

CSfC provides individual intervention packages for children and their families. We have a dedicated team of family support workers, experienced in working with children of all ages who are managed by a qualified social worker.

We support families in their homes who are facing complex issues and life challenges such as drugs and alcohol abuse, domestic violence, learning disabilities, teen pregnancy or children who are at risk of entering the care system.

CSFC family intervention can offer –

  • Parenting assessments
  • Parent workshops
  • Rehabilitation plans from residential care back into home
  • 24-hour parenting support packages
  • High level family outreach support
  • Supervised contact
  • Transportation
  • Edge of care packages – families who are at risk of having their child taken into care.

Each individual bespoke package will provide detailed reports, assessments and risk assessments.

We at CSFC are aware children can thrive when they are supported in their homes so our family support workers aim to change negative family dynamics through support of the family and local authority.
